This clinic would run 4-5 days per week with an administrative day if desired.

Au sein de l'organigramme d'Hermès Maison, le titulaire reporte au Directeur des Collections de même que trois autres Directeurs/Responsables de Collection, et collabore étroitement avec la Direction Artistique et les équipes du Développement Technique, de la DDO, des Achats et de la Supply.
Les collections Textile recouvrent les familles de produits suivantes : plaids et coussins, linge de toilette et trousses, homelife /accessoires textile, enfant et plage.
Deux chefs de produit sont rattachés au Directeur de Collection, ainsi que deux stagiaires.
Le/la Directeur/trice de Collection constitue un véritable binôme avec la Directrice de Création Textile.
Il/elle pilote la relation avec les Directeurs Artistiques pour atteindre ses objectifs de croissance dans le respect de leur vision artistique.
Principales activités :
Dans le cadre de la stratégie de développement du pôle Hermès Maison, le/la Directeur/trice de Collection Textile a pour responsabilité de :
* Définir la stratégie de collection à court et moyen terme en tenant compte des enjeux de développement, des retours marchés, des nouveaux usages et des objectifs stratégiques du Métier.
* Garantir la présence d'un brief collection par segment produit (en tenant compte des analyses de vente et objectifs stratégiques) et d'un plan de collection cible (modèle, références, couleurs, prix).
* Développer et accompagner son équipe dans le respect de la charte éthique d'Hermès.
* S'assurer de la réalisation des études de concurrence et d'être à l'écoute des remontées d'information des marchés transmises par l'équipe commerciale.
* Accompagner le développement technique de la conception des nouveaux produits jusqu'à leur mise en marché.
Être garant, en collaboration avec ses interlocuteurs du Développement Technique, des Achats et de la Supply du bon process de développement et du respect des rétro-plannings.
* Déterminer le prix des nouveautés, dans le respect des objectifs de marge, et les prévisions de CA en collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale.
* Participer au process de prévision des ventes avec les équipes commerciales.
* Construire et piloter le budget de développement à 1 an et à 3 ans.
* Gérer le portefeuille de produits existants et faire des recommandations sur son évolution (entrées/sorties, analyse de la valeur...) en collaboration avec les équipes Commerciales et Supply.
* Impulser et stimuler l'innovation en lien étroit avec l'équipe Développement Technique.
* Contribuer avec les équipes de Développement Commercial et de l'Identité à la construction des outils de communication (formations, notices, brochures, dossiers de presse, catalogues...).

Vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable de la Performance Retail et Data de la filiale Hermès Distribution France.
Vous occuperez un rôle stratégique, transverse et omnicanal en collaboration avec de multiples interlocuteurs (magasins, E.com, structure), essentiel à l'accompagnement des prises de décisions du Codir et des différentes directions de la filiale.
Votre mission s'inscrira dans une logique d'amélioration continue et d'expertise de la lecture de notre performance tout en étant le garant de la fiabilité de nos données et du respect de notre politique commerciale.
Votre champ d'actions couvrira l'ensemble des magasins (E.com inclus), des Métiers, des géographies (françaises) afin d'analyser et d'identifier les leviers de performances de nos magasins, de nos clients et de nos équipes de ventes.
Principales activités :
Suivi de la Performance & Data Management :
* Assurer la fiabilité et l'enrichissement continus des données de performance (magasins, e-commerce, concessionnaires).
* Être le référent de l'accès aux reportings et de leur bonne appropriation et interprétation
* Concevoir et optimiser des tableaux de bord existants pour suivre la performance à différents niveaux : succursales, métiers et vendeurs.
* Être le point de contact des directeurs des magasins & e-commerce afin de comprendre les besoins et offrir une lecture qualitative des résultats.
* Réaliser des analyses ad doc pour répondre à des problématiques business spécifiques

* Préparer des supports à destination du Codir de la filiale et du Comex dans le cadre des exercices budgétaires (x2/an)
Accompagnement des réflexions autour de la lecture de la performance :
* Participer à une réflexion globale pour améliorer l'approche analytique et rationaliser les processus actuels autour de la performance selon nos 4 axes : magasins, produits, hommes et clients.
* Collaborer avec les différentes équipes (magasin et structure) afin d'identifier les besoins en matière d'analyse et mettre en place des solutions adaptées pour une lecture plus précise et stratégique de la performance.
* Concevoir, développer et améliorer les outils de suivi et d'analyse de la performance afin d'avoir les bon KPIs partagés aux bonnes personnes au bon moment pour une meilleure prise de décision.
Profil recherché :
Formation supérieure (universitaire, école de commerce, ingénieur, data scientist)
Capacité à modéliser des données complexes dans un environnement multi-sources
Rigoureux avec une solide compréhension des enjeux Retail et des indicateurs de performance commerciale.
