As the transformation program manager of Platform in Merchant Services, you will partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure we have a well-defined Platform Development Life Cycle for the development and commercialization of multiple new capabilities for our clients.
In addition to optimizing the delivery of core banking and payments capabilities that our clients leverage today, we have an opportunity to provide adjacent services to these clients in order to deepen relationships, increase client satisfaction, and drive additional customer lifetime value.
As the Platform Transformation Program Manager, you will help ensure the right operating model is in place to drive successful outcomes.
For example, you will help to define the right program structure and operating cadence across various teams.
In the early phases of this initiative, you will drive a sense of urgency across the platform, solutions and technology teams, help marshal resources from supporting teams to the cause, and drive progress by ensuring follow through of deliverables.
