Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations.
- Determine resource readiness for courses, including materials, training room, technology, and collection and entry of training data.
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
- Provide production floor support and answer questions.
- Create and manage training attendance and participation rosters for virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions for internal staff providers, and subcontractors.
- Manage and maintain project training materials and programs in Maximus' Learning Management Systems (LMS), including uploading course content, assigning learning transcripts, tracking and reporting on completion and assessment results.
Manage annual project compliance and recertification training assignment, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Training Manager and trainers to follow up on incomplete training, support rescheduling needs, and assist with late completions.

- High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire provider recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance.
- Utilize various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of all required documents to the credentialing team, adhering to company compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on provider recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Ensure all hiring decisions comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative provider recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with operational leaders to address workforce and provider recruitment challenges.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting licensed healthcare providers (e.g., physicians, nurses, dentists, psychiatrists or other medical professionals) is required.
- Strong Artificial Intelligence (AI) candidate sourcing skills as well as sourcing via internal applicant pool, job boards, social media, referral, conferences and professional networks.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with credentialing staff, operational leaders, and hiring managers.
- Military and/or government industry experience is a plus.
Up to 10% travel required for conferences and recruitment events.
