The Senior Advanced Software Engineering Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of software solutions providing key business capabilities in the Promotions area within Merchandising.
They lead several teams, managing 3-5 associates and 20+ contractors , ensuring that all needed business functionalities are delivered on time and with quality.
In this role a successful candidate will be able to influence and innovate in a full-stack environment, ranging from data sourcing through APIs all the way to Front End development.
The candidate will be effective in working with counterparts in other functions and organizations, such as Product Managers, Agile Leaders, Architects, Business Stakeholders and central IT functions, and will be able to gain consensus on implementation strategies, priorities and goals & objectives.
