Position Overview
The Senior HVAC Project Manager for Data Center Projects - Responsible for the full lifecycle execution of mission critical cooling infrastructure in hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge Data Centers.
The Senior PM leads high complexity projects involving precision cooling, chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC, Thermal aisle containment, CDU, BMS integration, and stringent commissioning protocols.
This position demands deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management, and hands on experience delivering Tier III / Tier IV compliant facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
* Interpret HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
* Coordinate with design teams to ensure accurate BOQs, material submittals, and shop drawings.
* Plan site execution activities, manpower deployment, and subcontractor scope.
* Lead HVAC design review, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning for Data Center cooling systems.
