JOB SUMMARY
The Med Care Manager/QMAP must administer, pour, pass, and document all routinely prescribed medications per physician orders under the direction of the Wellness Director and as approved by the State Medication Administration Regulations.
You will quickly learn how each resident prefers to take their medication.
Some may even play a game of hide and seek, pressing you to find where they may be in the community when it's time for their medication.

POSITION OVERVIEW
* Administer and document regularly prescribed medications per the Medication Administration record observing the five rights for safe administering of meds and per physician orders.
* Order meds from the pharmacy when and as prescribed, 7 days prior to running out of meds, and as requested by the Wellness Director to ensure that residents always have medications available.
Ensure these medications arrive, if not notify the Wellness Director within 24 hours.
* Immediately after administering medication to a resident, document in the resident's medical record those medications given.
Date and initial the bubble pack after taking the medication from it.
* Observe and report to the licensed nurse reactions and side effects of medication administered to the residents.
* Take and record vital signs prior to administration of medications which could affect or change vital signs as ordered by the Physician or Wellness Director.
* Administer PRN medications, per physician order.
* Required to report any medication error to the Wellness Director immediately.

Reporting to a Supervisory or Managerial Staff Member within the facility, the Shipper/Receiver is responsible for receiving product for processing, the movement of product through the facility during processing and the loading of product onto trailers to be returned to the customer.
Responsibilities/Duties
* Receives incoming un-processed product, verifies customer count and lot numbers, notes any damage and enters information into the computer system.
* Operates forklift to remove palletized product from truck, and if floor loaded must remove each carton individually and place on pallets and moves to un-processed storage.
* Moves product via forklift to and from various areas of the facility for processing.
* Removes samples from customer product and coordinates shipment of samples.
* May shrink-wrap palletized finished product to be returned to the customer.
* May contact trucking company and schedule pick-up of finished product.

Qualifications/Experience Required/Special Skills
* High School Diploma or GED
* Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous warehouse experience preferred.

* Should be proficient using a computer and be able to analyze data in a database/spreadsheet.

Training Required

Les Achats de la DETS (Direction de l'Environnement de Travail et de la Sécurité) en France (~40 familles d'achats) : prestations liées aux bâtiments (maintenance, nettoyage, sécurité, énergie, déménagement, travaux...), fournitures (cartouches, papier, imprimés...), locations (matériels, copieurs, véhicules...) restauration et distribution automatique, espaces verts...
Le stage est basé au Pré-Saint-Gervais.
Des déplacements sont à prévoir sur les sites de Pantin, Paris et Bobigny.
Les interlocuteurs seront principalement les équipes de la Direction de l'Environnement de Travail et de la sécurité et les Directions juridique et financière.
L'acheteur junior participe au déploiement de la politique Achats de la DETS pour l'ensemble du Groupe Hermès en France.
L'acheteur Junior travaillera en collaboration avec un acheteur référent mais également avec d'autres acheteurs du service achats.

Principales missions
Participation à des consultations et aux référencements de fournisseurs :
* Sourcing fournisseurs (analyse financière, questionnaire d'évaluation...)
* Rédaction du dossier de consultation
* Analyses des offres (élaboration des grilles, saisie et analyses qualitatives et financières)
* Soutenances et négociations fournisseurs
* Consolidation du dossier de choix et rédaction des contrats
* Déploiement des contrats (suivi mise en œuvre et communication)
Aide au pilotage du pôle Achats et des fournisseurs :
* Suivi d'indicateurs et de base de données (base contrats, CA fournisseurs, rendez-vous annuels ...)
* Participation à l'amélioration des outils de pilotage du pôle Achats
* Enrichissement des bases de référentiels sur les différentes familles d'achats (coûts horaires, coûts / m², ...)
* Participation au suivi de la collecte des documents légaux (Loi Sapin 2)

The Opportunity:
The Operations Associate is responsible for managing inventory in our Calgary store and reports to the Operations Manager.
The primary duties include receiving items into store inventory accurately and efficiently on the day it arrives and shipping as per our standards and processes.
All records are to be accurately maintained in the appropriate systems.
