What You'll Do
Inventory & Demand Planning
* Forecast demand and manage reorder strategies to maintain product availability across our network.
* Use sales data, trends, and market insights to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
* Create and manage purchase orders, adapting to real-time business shifts.
Vendor & Supplier Management
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with global vendors and factories.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize value while ensuring quality.
* Assess factory capacity and integrate new products into production pipelines.
Supply Chain Optimization
* Manage the full procurement lifecycle—from production to international logistics to warehouse delivery.
* Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to drive efficiency and agility.
Cross-Functional Compliance
* Ensure procurement activities align with import/export regulations and internal controls.
* Work closely with Accounting to manage supplier payments and ensure accurate financial tracking.
Performance & Growth
* Track key supplier KPIs and inventory metrics.
* Identify new sourcing opportunities that support strategic business goals.

Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
* 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or product management.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
* Excellent communicator with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
