This HR Generalist provides all HR functional support for both Dallas Plant facility and DC sites which includes responsible for assisting the HR Manager with associate relations, including communication/interpretation of policies and procedures, recruitment, and onboarding of new associates, administering wage programs and creating/coordinating company events and administrative HR functions.
