En collaboration avec l'équipe fabrication et rattaché au responsable outillage, vous aurez pour principales missions :
Montage, démontage, ajustage de pièces - Assurer l'entretien, la réparation des moules :
* Démontage du moule : révision, nettoyage
* Assurer le réglage
* Assurer les réparations (diagnostic de panne, proposer une solution, commande de pièces, gestion de stocks, ...)
* Dégraisser le moule par ultra-sons ou par bains qu'il vous faudra préparer
* Assembler les éléments et les sous-ensembles mécaniques
Contrôle de la conformité à l'usage souhaité de l'outillage
* Ajuster et tester et repréparer le moule pour sa nouvelle utilisation
* Procéder à de nouveaux tests suite entretien, et réglage avant utilisation par les équipes de fabrication
* Assurer le suivi de la maintenance de l'outillage : fiche navette, saisie des informations dans le logiciel
