This role is responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, processing expense reports, organizing meetings and events, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of executive activities.

What will you do?
Executive Calendar Management
* Manage and coordinate complex calendars for two Vice Presidents, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of meetings, appointments, and business commitments.
* Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively anticipate calendar challenges.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action items as needed.
Travel Coordination
