Position Summary
The Mortgage Closing Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mortgage closing team to ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant preparation of closing packages and related documentation.
This role serves as a subject matter expert and working lead, providing guidance, training, and support to team members while partnering with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain workflow efficiency, and support a high level of customer service.
Essential Functions
Team Leadership and Oversight
* Provide day-to-day direction, support and guidance to Mortgage Closing Specialists.

Missions
Votre mission principale en tant que contrôleur qualité au sein de l'atelier de dessin est de garantir la conformité technique de chaque réalisation.
