Nemours primary care practices provide a kid-friendly, family-centered pediatric primary care experience for families in Central Florida.
With 20 primary care and three urgent care practices conveniently located throughout the region, we provide quality, professional pediatric services with special attention on preventive care and whole-child wellness.
This position is responsible for: To perform as a customer service representative for assigned divisions accurately obtaining and entering all essential information needed to complete registration and scheduling processes following standard business practices.
Provide service to internal and external customers as a member of the clinic team.
* Customer service: answer phone lines in a prompt and courteous manner, triage call and handle appropriately.
* Registration: collect, maintain and ensure accuracy of information through the use of standard business practices.
* Coordinate all necessary paperwork for registration, scheduling, and appointment.
* Financial: collect, verify and maintain patient insurance information, including authorizations and referrals.
* Collect co- pays, deductible, co-insurance and balances on accounts.
End of day balancing.
* Scheduling: understanding visit types, templates and fundamentals of how to efficiently schedule an office visit.
Manage no-show and cancelation process.
Confirm appointments with patient/guardian.
Prepare charts with the appropriate paperwork for the physician visit.
* Communication: triage and manage electronic communication daily.
Scan all new paperwork into EMR or place in patient chart.
Scan incoming mailed and faxed patient results into EMR and task the physician responsible for reviewing OR place information with patient chart and for provider to review.
Check in and checkout patients in office.
* Coordinates the release of information and medical record process.
Process all incoming and outgoing medical record requests.
* Ensures coding information is complete on billing documents.
* All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements

Vector Marketing is interviewing immediately for part-time sales reps.
Our reps work with customers, explaining our Cutco products, and placing any orders.
No experience needed! Competitive base pay.

Flexible schedules to work around your classes or work schedule.
Responsibilities:
Our reps sell Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well.
Previous experience & knowledge about home goods or sales isn't needed.
We work with a lot of people who are looking to build up their communication and networking skills.
We provide all of the training needed for success.
Benefits:
• Solid Training - We believe in building our people from the ground up and allowing them to expand on their natural abilities in order to launch them into a successful career.
• Paid Weekly - We offer guaranteed base pay that is not tied to sales, allowing reps to focus on providing excellent customer service rather than feeling pressured to make a sale.
We also offer a performance-based commission structure that increases based on career sales performance - not length of service or annual resets.
Representatives are paid a base ($30.00 base-appt) or commission, whichever is higher that week.
Even during slower weeks, reps are still paid for every qualified appointment they complete, regardless of sales results.
• Location - Reps work locally after training.
Meetings and training are held in the office.
• Flexible schedules - We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them.
Some work as much as possible while others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as classes or their full time jobs.
• Advancement - Sales reps who work here long term have an opportunity move along several different paths including management and career sales professional (even if they start part time with no experience).
