The estimator is responsible for supporting the project team by participating in multiple aspects of the bid/estimating process, including but not limited to review of plans and specifications, soliciting and negotiating pricing with subcontractors and or suppliers, quantity take-off and pricing.
The role is highly collaborative and will work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, owners, architects, and engineers.
The Estimator must be a flexible and adaptable team player, as well as have strong communication and customer service skills.

Vos missions :
Participation à la structuration du projet
Contribuer à la structuration du projet KM en intégrant l'équipe projet, participant à la définition des rôles (RACI), à l'animation des comités de pilotage et au suivi de la roadmap.
Recueil et analyse des besoins terrain
Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins des équipes Support Technique à travers des entretiens et ateliers, jusqu'à la rédaction du cahier des charges fonctionnel de la solution KM.
Conception et déploiement de la plateforme
Participer à la conception et au déploiement de la plateforme de gestion des connaissances, de la sélection de l'outil à son implémentation, incluant tests, formation et accompagnement des utilisateurs.
Alimentation et animation de la base de connaissances
Coordonner la production de contenus, animer la contribution des équipes et garantir la qualité ainsi que la cohérence des informations diffusées dans la base de connaissances.
Garantir la pérennité du dispositif
Assurer la durabilité de la plateforme en mettant en place des processus de mise à jour, en définissant les règles de gouvernance et en suivant les indicateurs d'usage et de qualité.

Suivi des consommations énergétiques du site
Avec l'accompagnement de ton tuteur, tu participeras à :
* La collecte et l'analyse des données de consommation (électricité, eau...)
* La mise à jour de tableaux de bord simples pour suivre les consommations
* L'identification d'éventuelles dérives (consommation inhabituelle, pics)

Sensibilisation et participation à des projets énergie
