Avoinna oleva tehtävä sijoittuu Connectivity-liiketoimintayksikköön, jossa autamme asiakkaitamme toimittamaan mobiiliverkon ja kiinteän verkon palveluita sekä varmistamaan niiden toimivuuden.
Olemme mukana tietoliikenneverkkojen kaikissa elinkaaren vaiheissa vastaten kiinteiden ja langattomien tietoliikenneverkkojen suunnittelusta, rakentamisesta ja ylläpidosta.
Tässä roolissa vastaat kokonaisuudesta: suunnittelusta, kaivutöiden ohjauksesta, materiaalivirroista, tonttiliittymien toimituksista ja korkeatasoisesta laadusta turvallisuutta unohtamatta.
Varmistat, että runkoverkon kaivu, tonttiliittymien rakentaminen ja asennukset etenevät sujuvasti, turvallisesti ja suunnitelmien mukaisesti.
Kenttäpäällikkönä olet tärkein linkki työmaan ja projektiorganisaation välillä.
Työtehtävät:
* Johdat FTTH-runkoverkon rakennusprojekteja yhteistyössä projektipäällikön kanssa
* Valvot tonttiliittymien rakentamisesta kaikessa laajuudessa
* Johdat urakoitsijoita ja projektin resursseja kentällä
* Valvot laatua ja varmistat turvallisuuden
* Vastuullasi ovat myös muutokset ja dokumentointi yhteistyössä projektiorganisaation kanssa
Vaatimukset:
* Tehtävään soveltuvaa koulutusta
* Kokemusta FTTH-, tele-, infra- tai maarakennusprojekteista.
* Ymmärrystä kaivutöistä, kuiturakentamisesta ja tonttiliittymäratkaisuista.
* Kykyä ottaa vastuuta johtaa kentällä projekteja itsenäisesti
* Osaat ohjata ja opastaa asentajia, kaivutiimejä ja alihankkijoita
* Vahvaa osaamista työturvallisuudesta.
* Erinomaista vuorovaikutustaitoa ja kykyä toimia paineen alla
* Alan järjestelmäosaaminen ja hyvät dokumentointitaidot
