Position Summary:
We are excited to announce a position opening for a full-time Neuroimmunologist at Nemours Children's Health in Wilmington, DE.
We are looking for a skilled team builder, an effective teacher, and an outstanding clinician with both excellent communication and interpersonal skills and relevant clinical expertise.
He or she will have subspecialty training in treatment of neuroimmunological conditions including pediatric demyelinating disorders, febrile infection related epilepsy syndrome, primary CNS vasculitis and autoimmune encephalopathy.
The position reports to the Division Chief of Neurology and the successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team within the Department of Pediatrics.
The Division provides inpatient and outpatient clinical services at locations in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.
A faculty appointment consistent with the level of academic achievement will be provided at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University.
All levels of experience, including recent fellowship graduates who are board-eligible, will be considered.
Qualified candidates will have experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team and with medically complex conditions.
