Tehtävät ja vastuualueet:
* Suoritat projektin henkilöstön ja ulkoistettujen resurssien vaatimustenmukaisuustarkastuksia
* Hoidat projektityöntekijöiden matkustukseen ja majoitukseen liittyviä varauksia
* Teet kulkulupia ja huolehdit niiden voimassaolosta
* Seuraat ja päivität projekteissa työskentelevien työntekijöiden rotaatiotietoja
* Teet yhteistyötä niin sisäisten kuin ulkoisten sidosryhmien kanssa
* Hallinnoit toimintoja Sedatus-, Rego-, Zeroni- ja Aventra-alustoilla
* Varmistat, että kaikki resurssien hankintaa koskevat vaatimukset täyttyvät sekä käynnissä olevissa että uusissa projekteissa
