Contexte :
Au sein de la Direction des Ventes fabricants de machines (OEM), l'alternant(e) contribue activement au pilotage de la performance commerciale, à la mise en visibilité des indicateurs clés et à l'animation business des équipes.

Vos missions :
Vision & pilotage de la performance commerciale
* Mettre à jour régulièrement les dashboards de performance par direction régionale
* Collaborer activement avec l'équipe Excellence Commerciale afin d'obtenir un suivi de performance performant et impactant
Suivi de la performance et proposition de plans d'actions commerciaux
* Analyser la pression et la couverture commerciale par équipe et par responsable de compte .
* Repérer les écarts, zones sous-performantes et opportunités de développement
* Préparer les informations pour les revues business et les partager au comité directeur (Codir) : directeur national et directeurs régionaux
* Suivre le pipeline d'opportunités (volume, qualité, maturité) et la conquête (nouveaux logos, ramp-up).
* Contribuer également au suivi de performance des ingénieurs applications ( et au suivi du plan marketing annuel dédié aux fabricants de machines.
Analyse & animation commerciale
* Identifier les points d'attention : marchés en sous performance, retards de couverture commerciale, écarts de suivi du plan marketing
* Participer à l'animation des actions commerciales terrain et être proactif auprès des directeurs régionaux et des responsables de comptes présents sur le terrain
