This role places equal emphasis on deep business understanding of the insurance life-cycle, data and systems, impeccable BI & visual insights development/ delivery and exceptional client, project, and stakeholder management skills.
The Analyst, BI must have excellent data analysis skill and is capable of rapidly transforming analytical insights into easy to consume requirements for varying stakeholders.
They must also have a strong understanding of developing and working with business KPIs and data models.
The candidate must demonstrate comfort with ambiguity and an ability to generate high quality products given competing priorities and present in front of user audiences.

You will get the opportunity to assist with preparing preliminary and final drawings, layouts, and designs using computer-aided design software like OpenBridge Designer.

This position bridges traditional cybersecurity with emerging blockchain and cryptographic paradigms - including future-proofing against quantum threats and others.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively hunt for threats across blockchain networks, smart contract ecosystems, and infrastructure components in collaboration with our intelligence team.
* Perform ongoing threat intelligence, attack surface mapping, and exploit simulation on Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana etc.
* Design and execute proof-of-concepts and demonstrations for both discovered vulnerabilities and proposed mitigations.
* Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in smart contracts, wallets, bridges, and node infrastructure.
* Conduct security assessments and code reviews across Solidity, Rust and off-chain components.
* Partner with engineering and DevOps to secure CI/CD pipelines, API gateways and validator nodes.
* Collaborate with cryptographers to help evaluate readiness for post-quantum cryptography (PQC) transitions.
* Advise on secure deployment patters, product launches, and security-by-design principles.
Qualifications Required:
* 5 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or blockchain security.
* Strong understanding of Ethereum, Solana and Bitcoin ecosystems (execution, consensus, infrastructure).
* Proven experience in smart contract auditing (Solidity, Rust, Anchor framework).
* Hands-on expertise in vulnerability research, exploits development, or PoC prototyping.
* Familiarity with threat hunting, attack simulation, and adversary emulation in blockchain environments.
Preferred:
* Familiarity with MEV threats, bridge exploits, flash loan attacks and cross-chain vulnerabilities.
* Experience with security tooling (Mythril, Slither, Echidna, Foundry, Halmos etc.)
