As a Technical Product Manager on the Securities Services team, you will be part of a global team delivering key aspects of the analysis, implementation & communication phases of the overall billing remediation program.

Constitué de trois sites, ce pôle emploie actuellement environ 450 personnes, dont environ 400 artisans.
Ce pôle régional est au cœur de la stratégie de fabrication d'Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie par le maintien des savoir-faire au plus haut niveau, le développement de nouveautés et nouvelles matières tout en s'appuyant sur une école de formation d'excellence qui accueille tous les futurs artisans de ses ateliers.
Pour accompagner son développement, nous recherchons un (e) :
Directeur des Ressources Humaines (H/F)
Membre du Comité de Direction du pôle régional, le titulaire du poste a pour enjeu de contribuer à la dynamique de :
* croissance sur un plan humain, en accompagnant le développement des savoir-faire et des compétences
* performance tant sur l'efficacité du modèle artisanal, que l'animation du modèle social
En lien étroit avec le Directeur du pôle, et le comité de direction, le directeur des Ressources Humaines participe activement à la définition de la vision, est force de proposition sur les évolutions de l'organisation du pôle, et accompagne leur mise en œuvre.
Il joue un rôle clé d'animation de la démarche de développement des équipes.
Il est un des garants de la transmission de la culture et des valeurs de la maison sur le site.
Le Directeur des Ressources Humaines assure également la gestion de l'Ecole Hermès des Savoir-faire garante du recrutement et de la formation nos artisans au niveau de Savoir-faire attendu.
Nature et étendue des activités principales
A ce titre vous :
* Managez une équipe comprenant 2 Responsable RH, une assistante RH et un responsable de formation (Ecole Hermès de Savoir-Faire),
+ Accompagnez les évolutions organisationnelles du pôle en pleine transition, et participez à l'adaptation des processus aux évolutions de l'entreprise
+ Pilotez le recrutement des artisans via l'EHSF ; mais aussi des fonctions supports et managériales en alignement avec la vision stratégique du pôle,
+ Contribuez à l'épanouissement des équipes en animant les démarches d'intégration, développement des compétences, gestion des carrières, et de développement du modèle managérial,
+ Animez le dialogue social avec les différentes Institutions Représentatives du Personnel locales
+ Assurez une interface avec les fonctions centrales d'HMS en participant activement aux réseaux des directeurs de Pôles directeurs des Ecoles, ainsi qu'au projets transverses
+ Soutenez l'encadrement dans le processus d'amélioration de la performance lors des campagnes de revue salariale et autres éléments de rémunération ou dans le déroulement des entretiens annuels

Pour accompagner sa croissance, la Direction Corporate du pôle Hermès Data, Technologie & Innovation (HDTI) recherche un Responsable Développement et Support H/F.
Le poste est rattaché au domaine " Autres Corporate ", qui accompagne les directions transverses du Groupe, notamment : Immobilier, Services Généraux, Sûreté, Juridique, Audit et Risques, Réglementaire et Développement Durable.
Le périmètre du département comprend un parc applicatif d'environ 100 applications, composé de solutions éditeurs et de développements spécifiques réalisés en interne.

Le Responsable a pour mission de piloter, structurer et suivre l'activité opérationnelle du domaine, tant sur les volets développement que support et run.
