Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a QA/ QC Engineer to support our client's Data Centre projects located in Kirkkonummi and Espoo, Finland.
We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Planning and conducting quality audits and inspection to verify the implementation of quality control
* Ensuring that the company's quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site
* Generating project specific quality plans as per requirements
* Ensuring that all subcontractors' quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable and in accordance with our company policies
* Liaise with the client's quality assurance and control representative to ensure all potential quality issues are fully resolved
* Ensure necessary guidance and input are provided to on site staff for improvement to attain project feasibility
Requirements:
* BS in Construction Management or Engineering
* Minimum of 4+ Years' experience in a similar role within a construction environment with experience in commercial, industrial, pharma or data centre projects
* Good Knowledge of Installation and commissioning
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational / planning skills
* Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work to tight deadlines

Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Take a leading role in driving productivity through effective weekly and daily work plans
* Coordinate electrical design activities with internal teams and subcontractors
* Supervise and monitor the progress of ongoing works, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards
* Maintain high standards of Quality and Safety, ensuring all procedures are implemented and monitored effectively
* Monitor and manage labour tracking sheets and resource allocation
* Oversee and coordinate the full Electrical installation across the project
* Engage with project stakeholders, including clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals
* Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
* Lead and mentor project teams, including supervisors and foremen

* Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams in a dynamic project environment
