Contexte et objectif global :
Augmenter la maitrise globale du piquage sur la manufacture.
Il s'agit d'une création de poste.
La maitrise du piquage se mesure par le taux de recoupes liées au piquage, par l'efficacité des artisans piquage, par les délais de mise au point des nouveautés et par les audits d'en-cours qui seront mis en place.
Le terme mécanicien défini un artisan qui règle et utilise les machines de piquage pour produire des sacs.
Objectifs détaillés :
- Décliner sur le site les bonnes pratiques savoir-faire piquage définies par la Maison et accompagner les mécaniciens et les responsables d'atelier dans leur bonne application.
- Mettre en place et réaliser des audits d'application des bonnes pratiques de piquage pour augmenter la maturité du site sur l'application de ces bonnes pratiques.
- Animer techniquement avec les RA à la réduction des recoupes de cause piquage, piloter les plans d'actions et intervenir sur les cas difficiles pour aider à l'analyse des problèmes, proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions.
- Accompagner techniquement les mécaniciens qui développent une nouveauté pour garantir la répétabilité du piquage en prod, l'adéquation entre le besoin de la nouveauté et la capacité technique des machines et la bonne formation des mécaniciens sur la suite de la prod.
- Accompagner le développement des compétences techniques des mécaniciens, définir et organiser les formations continues nécessaires et animer techniquement les mécaniciens (24 pers).
Ces formations pourront être assurées en partie par le réfèrent savoir-faire piquage.
- Avoir une grande connaissance technique des machines du site, être l'interlocuteur privilégié des réparateurs de machine et réaliser les premiers diagnostiques en cas de panne et l'expression des besoins de matériel liés aux machines.
- Garantir la conformité et le bon fonctionnement du parc machine, s'assure que les maintenances de premier niveau sont réalisées dans les règles de l'art par les mécaniciens.
Mettre en place les maintenances de niveau 2 et 3 avec les équipes de maintenance.
- Participer activement au réseau piquage HMS, remonter les sujets, proposer des solutions, s'impliquer dans les travaux du réseau et partager les sujets du réseau avec le CODIR de Pierre Bénite.
Périmètre et rattachement
Le Référent savoir-faire piquage est rattaché à l'équipe Savoir-Faire Qualité Méthodes, au même titre que les autres référents métiers techniques.
Il est en poste fixe à 100%.
Il travaille en étroite relation avec tous les artisans piquage des 2 sites de la manufacture (Pierre Bénite et le bâtiment formation) et à terme avec les 3 sites.

Vous intégrez l'équipeRH d'Hermès Distribution France et plus particulièrement l'équipede l'École desArtisans de la Vente.
L'EAV est la structure innovante qui pilote tous les programmes de formation de la filiale Française HDF, pour les vendeurs, les fonctions support et les managers.
Vousaccompagnerez l'équipe des formateurs à l'organisationdes formations sur différentes thématiques comme l'art de la vente et nos produits, la culture de la maison, le management.
Vos principales missions
Rattaché(e) à l'équipede l'École desArtisans de la Vente, vous aurez pour mission:
* Assister lesformateurs terraindans l'organisation, l'animation et le déploiement de l'ensembledesformations Retail France
* Accompagner le pilotagedu rétroplanning et de la logistique des formations ainsi que le suivi des évaluations
* Participer à l'animation de la communicationdes formationspardifférents médias (contenuderéseaux sociaux, invitations etc.)
* Aider au suivi administratif du plan de formation (SIRH) et participer à son optimisation ( reporting )
* Contribuer à une veille active sur les nouveaux modes de formation et partenaires
Votre profil
De formation Bac +4/5 en école de commerce ou équivalent
Une première expérience de stage en entreprise est un plus
Goût du retail , esprit de curiosité
Informatique : maîtrise du Pack Office et notamment d'Excel avecagilité
Bonne communication écrite et orale
Excellent relationnel et esprit d'équipe
Rigueur, agilité et organisation
Réactivité, capacité à faire face aux imprévus avec résilience
