Vos missions ?
Vous êtes responsable du processus de recrutement dans son intégralité, pour un portefeuille de recrutements internes et externes sur un périmètre business dédié :
- En amont, vous avez un rôle de conseil et élaborez la stratégie permettant de répondre au besoin business, notamment en fournissant des données de marché
- Vous prenez en charge et animez l'intégralité du processus de recrutement (sourcing, entretiens, présentation de short
list, participation à la sélection finale, offre salariale).
- Vous êtes l'interface avec les managers, les candidats et la fonction RH tout au long du processus de recrutement
- Vous travaillez sur une large palette de métiers digitaux associés aux caractéristiques des entités que vous suivez
- Vous garantissez une expérience candidat positive et portez la marque employeur auprès de nos écosystèmes
- Vous utilisez des approches proactives et créatives pour créer et animer un pipeline de candidats actifs en utilisant
différents canaux de sourcing (réseau, sites d'emploi, réseaux sociaux, relations écoles, ...)
- Vous contribuez à l'amélioration continue de nos processus de recrutement, dans une approche collaborative au sein
de l'équipe Talent Acquisition.
En particulier, vous portez l'expertise sur les métiers de l'IT au sein de l'équipe et pilotez la montée en compétence de l'équipe sur le sujet

Les expériences et compétences recherchées ?
- Master Ressources Humaines ou Psychologie du travail,
- avec minimum 7 années d'expérience dans le recrutement de profils digitaux/IT (software embarqué, AI, développeurs, architectes software...), en cabinet ou en entreprise, vous ayant permis de développer une bonne connaissance des profils IT, du marché et des canaux de sourcing
- Connaissance pratique d'une ou plusieurs plateformes de recrutement et gestion des candidatures
- Maîtrise des techniques de sourcing : Linkedin recruteur, médias sociaux, CVthèques
- Sens du client et capacité d'adaptation
