Job Summary
Often the first point of contact for customers, the Producer Service Center Representative is responsible for addressing escalated customer service concerns, inquiries and activities.
The Producer Service Center Representative is responsible for handling specific call types and completing the requests in accordance with departmental guidelines and procedures.
As a Producer Service Center Representative, he/she is responsible for creating a positive customer experience through professionalism, amicability, and knowledge of Combined's products and systems.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end supply chain technology architectures, focusing on distribution, logistics , planning, and manufacturing systems.

* Mentor and guide junior architects, developers, and technical teams on architecture design and integration best practices.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
* 8+ years of experience in supply chain technology architecture or related IT architecture roles.
* Proven expertise in distribution, planning (APS/ERP), and manufacturing technology domains.
* Strong background in integration architecture, including experience with middleware, ESB, APIs, EDI, and cloud integrations.
* Familiarity with leading supply chain platforms such as SAP, Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Vertique , e80, ASRS, etc.
