Day-in-the-Life of a Service Associate:
* Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
* Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner while completing customer transactions on the cash register.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
* Stock store shelves and endcaps with merchandise.
* Ensure the proper identification is produced when selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery tickets, if applicable.
* Assist with the operation of the One-hour Photo department, if applicable.
* Build and maintain displays of merchandise and complete new plan-o-grams.
* Complete inventory counts and order merchandise based on the results.
* Put up signs that identify items on sale in weekly advertisements and take down this signage when the sale is over.
* Assist with price markdowns and changes for merchandise on the shelves.

The Maximus Accommodations and Leaves Team (MALT) is the centralized point of contact for employees, HR Representative and Management inquiries regarding the accommodations and leave program.
As an Admin 2 Leave & Accommodation, you will be a critical member of our Human Resource team that supports Maximus US employees with their leave and accommodation needs pursuant to Company policies and state and federal regulations.
You will assist with administrative duties and will also be assisting employees by phone, fax, chat, ticketing system, and email, in a high-volume atmosphere.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process incoming/outgoing faxes (upload received faxes to the appropriate leave or accommodation request).
- Respond to a high volume of Leave & Accomdations calls/emails and make inbound and outgoing calls as needed.
- Complete the Accommodation and Leave Return to Work tasks.
- Perform all data entry functions accurately.
- Understand broad knowledge of departmental and company practices to assist leadership.
- Type/generate documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all information.
- Assist internal customers in problem resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other clerical duties proficiently and professionally.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of related experience.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Independent problem-solving skills
- Human resources or Call Center experience is a plus
