Contexte :
Schneider Toshiba Inverter Europe (STIE) est le centre de Recherche et Développement de Schneider Electric pour l'offre des variateurs de vitesse et des démarreurs progressifs.
STIE se trouve à Pacy-sur-Eure (60 km de Paris, 12 km de Vernon, 20km d'Evreux).
Plus de 200 personnes sont sur notre site réparties dans les services de création d'offre : R&D, Qualité, Marketing, Advanced Manufacturing, Vérification & Validation, Customer Care Center.
Missions :
Vous intégrerez l'équipe de Certification composée de 8 personnes.
Dans le cadre de la certification, nous devons détenir le dossier de construction technique " Technical Construction File " pour toutes les références commerciales.
Ainsi, pour le marquage CE (Communauté Européenne) des options dites externes (option de puissance tel que filtre harmonique, filtre CEM, filtre dv/dt et autres), nous avons besoin de mettre à jour nos dossiers.
En effet, une partie des informations techniques des dossiers se retrouvent dans les dossiers des produits qui utilisent ces options.
Le but du stage est de réaliser les dossiers techniques pour la plupart de nos options internes, d'introduire les références commerciales dans la base de données Certification, de rédiger les déclarations de Conformité CE.
Dans ce cadre, vous serez chargé.e de :
* Prendre en main les dossier techniques " Technical Construction File " actuels
* Regrouper par catégorie les options externes
* Définir l'architecture des TCF pour ces options
* Lister les informations techniques manquantes
* Demander auprès des différents intervenants fournisseurs les informations
* Réaliser un audit technique des documentations fournisseurs.
* Rédiger et compléter les TCF pour chacune des options.
* Mettre à jour la base de données Certification pour chacune des options externes
* Rédiger les Déclaration de Conformité CE en utilisant la base de donnée.
