Rattaché(e) au Responsable de production, le Responsable Atelier Jet d'encre pilote en autonomie la performance de son atelier en termes de Sécurité, qualité, Productivité, coût et Délai.

Missions opérationnelles :
• Dresser une feuille de route et la faire vivre au sein de son atelier, en interaction avec les ateliers supports
• S'appuyer sur une veille technique et effectuer des benchmarks pour faire évoluer techniquement l'impression numérique selon les évolutions/innovations du marché
• Manager son Adjoint qui encadre 12 imprimeurs (dont 4 techniciens)
• Coopérer avec les services développement et travaux neufs pour proposer des produits innovants et développer l'attractivité de cette technologie d'impression
• Faire le lien avec les autres ateliers et les fonctions supports, et piloter la relation client / fournisseur.

CONTEXTE ET MISSION GENERALE
Dans le cadre de sa croissance et de la transformation IT en cours, la Maison Hermès cherche pour la Direction Financière de sa Direction des Systèmes d'Information (Hermès Data, Technologie et Innovation), un(e) Contrôleur de Gestion IT senior (H/F).
Le/la Contrôleur de Gestion est rattaché(e) à la Responsable du contrôle de gestion de l'entité, elle-même rattachée au DAF de l'entité.

Aide au pilotage financier de la DSI sur les domaines qui lui seront confiés
* Animation des processus budgétaires et des phases prévisionnelles (estimés et plan à 3 ans) et consolidation des remontées.
