Job Summary

A TPA Specialist is needed to support the TPA Funding team.
The TPA Funding team works with our TPAs to accurately and timely pay prefund requests and monthly replenishments.
This role provides critical support to the team in the form of data entry, report preparation and the payment of invoices.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
* Daily monitoring of the TPA Funding mailbox
* Log invoices, update tracker and create weekly/monthly reports
* Process invoices in Accounts Payable or other payment systems as needed
* Resident Adjuster State process
* Oversee assigned TPAs, review prefunding requests, secure approval from relevant Chubb business partners, validate invoices and complete reconciliations as needed
