Ainsi les responsables techniques d'un hôpital, d'une usine, d'un centre de données, ou d'un " smart grid ", comptent sur la fiabilité de nos logiciels pour gérer leur site le plus efficacement possible.
L'une des fonctions les plus critiques est l'alerte (alarme) en cas de dysfonctionnement - bien réglées, les alarmes peuvent permettre aux opérateurs de prévenir des pannes, des incendies ou des accidents graves, de garantir la continuité de service, de prévoir la maintenance de manière appropriée.
Mal réglées, ces alarmes se transforment en véritables avalanches de notifications inutiles - l'opérateur en recevant parfois plusieurs centaines, voire plusieurs milliers, par jour.
Il est donc essentiel de pouvoir améliorer l'analyse, le réglage et le traitement de ces alarmes.
Une première stratégie, déployée en production par notre équipe en 2024, permet déjà d'analyser les données de 1400 sites soit un volume de 150 millions d'évènements par mois.
