As an Engineer, DevOps at RXO, you’ll work within our application support and problem management organization to develop and maintain smart software that will make it easy for our carriers to optimize freight movement across the U.S.
and internationally.
What your day-to-day will look like:
* Build and run CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar)
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments
* Design and implement deployments in Cloud environments
* Implement and improve monitoring and alerting
* Build and maintain highly available systems (i.e., container orchestration on Kubernetes and Docker)
* Support software infrastructure by identifying and diagnosing software failures
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
* 1 year of experience in DevOps in a CI/CD environment
* Proficient in building and maintaining toolchains
It’d be great if you also have:
* 2 years of experience in DevOps in a CI/CD environment
* Significant version control experience (Git preferred)
* Significant experience with Team City and Octopus
* Build using/creating build tools (Maven, Ant, Gradle or similar)
* Experience in build and release engineering through complete mobile, web, and backend infrastructure product cycles
* Experience with Java and .NET
* Experience with Team City
* Experience with AWS or GCP, VMware, or similar virtualization technologies
* Technical expertise in Microsoft and opensource stack of technologies C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, Couchbase and Elasticsearch.
* Knowledge in Messaging opensource products RabbitMQ and Kafka

Application Security & Red Team | Lead Engineer, Information Security
As a Lead Ethical Hacker on the Threat and Vulnerability Management team at RXO, you’ll play a critical role in driving offensive security engagements-specifically focusing on application security, web application testing, and red teaming.
