The Dispute Resolution Specialist is an exciting new role within the Culture function, focusing on the effective management of sensitive and complex employee relations cases with a potential to become litigious; employment tribunal case management and the development of proactive and long-term solutions focussing on dispute resolution and employment tribunal avoidance.
You will be the key support for front line management of complex employee relations cases, demonstrating expertise in this field.
Be responsible for coordinating and gathering all relevant information, documents, and evidence for ACAS conciliation and employment tribunal defence, as well as the drafting of some documents including witness statements, and some hearing attendance.
