Responsibilities:
* Document information pertaining to changes in residents' status, needs and appointments.
* Ensure proper documentation of all care plans, nurses' notes and all other resident documentation.
* Oversee reordering of medications ensuring their availability according to doctor's orders.
* Provide orientation and on the job training to Caregivers and Medication Aides.
* Measure, record and assist with the wellness clinics.
* Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly audits.
* Assist residents with activities of daily living.
* Complete scheduling of staff.
* Create and uphold an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and a calm and cheerful environment.
Qualifications:
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Zeiss X-Ray Microscopy (XRM) is a world leader in high-resolution X-ray imaging devices.
The Advanced Development and Design (ADD) team within XRM is responsible for long-term research into the technologies underlying our X-ray imaging devices, as well as novel imaging modalities and applications.
We are seeking interns to support our research, ideally starting in spring 2025 for a duration of six months.
This position concerns the fabrication and characterization of advanced X-ray detectors.
