La Zone Europe et Moyen Orient (hors France) regroupe 9 filiales de distribution opérant 60 points de vente à travers 27 pays avec un effectif de plus de 1900 collaborateurs.
Au sein de la Direction Europe & Moyen-Orient, la Direction des Ressources Humaines a 4 rôles principaux :
* Conseil et service auprès des filiales sur tous les sujets RH en maintenant un lien régulier et par le pilotage de projets communs
* L'animation des communautés Ressources Humaines (DRH, recrutement, formation) dans le but de partager les informations, les bonnes pratiques et d'accompagner la montée en compétences
* L'innovation et la veille sur les pratiques et outils RH transposables sur la zone
* Assurer le respect des politiques RH dans le respect de la stratégie de la zone et des politiques du groupe.
L'équipe RH Europe recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Développement RH en alternance rattaché(e) à la Responsable développement RH.
Alternance de 12 mois à partir de Septembre 2025, basée à Paris (8ème)
Quelle sera votre mission ?
Vous accompagnez la Responsable développement RH sur les projets à destination des équipes magasins et siège de la zone Europe & Moyen-Orient.
Quelles seront vos activités quotidiennes ?
* Mise en place des parcours d'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs de la zone Europe (managers et fonctions siège) : construction du programme, prise de rendez-vous, organisation des visites, gestion des transferts, envoi des invitations jusqu'à l'accueil et l'accompagnement des groupes lors des visites
* Rédaction des notes de nomination en lien avec les filiales pour publication sur notre intranet
* Rédaction des newsletters mobilité mensuelles pour diffusion à l'ensemble des collaborateurs de la région : récit d'une mobilité inspirante, mise en avant des postes à pourvoir et être force de proposition pour améliorer le contenu sur la base des feedbacks des filiales
* Participation aux projets et activités recrutement : support aux filiales sur les outils recrutement, traitement des candidatures spontanées, support aux actions marque employeur etc.
* Diversité & inclusion : mise en place d'initiatives de sensibilisation sur le handicap lors de la SEEPH, partage des bonnes pratiques
* Communication interne : support à l'organisation d'événements/séminaires présentiels ou à distance (planification, choix et coordination des prestataires/intervenants, réflexion sur les programmes, rédaction des invitations etc.)
* Veille et benchmark sur les outils et pratiques RH
* Participation à d'autres missions ou projets RH selon l'activité

* Liaison with corporate construction and maintenance department and outside vendors with regards to any maintenance needs.
Ensure building and store are maintained to company standard and all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
* Ensure functionality of all IT and phone system by communicating with corporate contacts and securing resolutions.
* Acts as a liaison with outside vendors for monthly need and or special events.
* Partners with Managing Director to manage operational team and vendors ensuring appropriate scheduling training and coaching.
Manages E-time and keeps accurate record of vacation and time and attendance with HR.
