Vos missions principales seront :
1° Relations sociales (80%) :
* Support des expertises annuelles (orientations stratégiques, politiques sociales...) auprès des instances de représentation du personnel.
* Préparation des supports d'animation des instances et négociations
* Support à l'analyse des données issues de l'exercice annuel de la GEPP et participation à la commission de suivi avec lres représentants du personnel
* Participation au volet social de divers projets de transformation sur le périmètre Europe.

Bac +4/5 en Ressources Humaines
