What you will do
The Purchasing Coordinator / P2P is accountable to successfully process purchase orders and coordinate related end to end activities (PR creation and PO maintenance), for the NA region and globally.
They will be considered SME for the P2P activities and will manage troubleshooting of issues, continuous improvement efforts and centralization of CRE Corporate Real Estate P2P tasks.
This position will support the North America CRE region and globally.
This role is responsible for reporting on current spend profiles and the ability to think innovatively about solutions to future reporting requirements are also required.
A suitable candidate for this role will have demonstrated experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) systems and processes including eMarketplace, Ariba, OneS4 and MDG (Master Data Governance).
Ability to process complex requests, analyse financial data, multi-task and prioritize are imperative skills.
Key relationships include communication and coordination with FM and global leads to ensure successful and accurate processing and reporting as well as other partners within CRE.
Communications skills are critical including the ability to explain and support to ensure a successful outcome.

• Partners with finance to provide reports and drive improvements as necessary
• Provides support to FM leaders & site/service managers for their procurement processes and Master Data Governance (MDG) roles.
This includes purchase orders, check requisitions, utility payment processing, invoice issue resolution, vendor information management, real estate check requisitions (GLA- Global Lease Administration)
• Drives compliance to policies and procedures.

The Franklin Residential Care Facility & Behavioral Health Clinic is an 84-bed Adult Residential Facility & Outpatient Clinic that fills a critical gap in behavioral health and recovery services for adults who need structured support.
The facility provides residential care, outpatient behavioral health services and short-term recuperative care to help individuals regain stability and transition toward independent living.
The facility is for adults with severe behavioral health symptoms, cooccurring population and/or adults on conservatorships.
The Behavioral Health Services Supervisor position will provide oversight and guidance to direct care staff, offer crisis intervention and support as needed, role model professional behavior and encourage a strong on-site presence within the residential setting, and collaborate closely with MFI/Contractors in the operation of the Adult Residential Facility, fostering effective teamwork and communication.
This position may require some driving therefore a California Driver's License will be required.
