Tehtävänkuvaus:
* Tarjouslaskijana osallistut tarjousten tekemiseen koko tarjousvaiheen ajan
* Käyt läpi tarjousaineistoa yhdessä laskentatiimin kanssa
* Osallistut projektien tarjouslaskentaan ja tarjouksen rakentamiseen yhdessä laskentatiimin kanssa
* Olet mukana budjetin rakentamisessa ja jalkautuksessa uuden projektin alkuvaiheessa
* Otat osaa tarvittaessa projektin seurantaan ja jälkilaskentaan
* Halutessasi sinulla on myös mahdollisuus osallistua sopimusneuvotteluihin yhdessä myynnin ja liiketoimintavastaavien kanssa
Vaatimukset:
* Tehtävään soveltuva tekniikan alan koulutus
* Vähintään 5 vuoden kokemus mekaanisesta prosessiteollisuuden kunnossapidosta tai projekteista esim.

* Vahva osaaminen teknisten piirustusten ymmärtämisessä ja tulkitsemisessa
* Hyvät IT-taidot erityisesti Microsoft Office-työkalujen osalta, lisäksi arvostamme aiempaa kokemusta tekoälyn hyödyntämisestä sekä aitoa kiinnostusta sen mahdollisuuksiin
* Oma-aloitteinen ote ja kyky itsenäiseen työskentelyyn

Tehtävässä tulet työskentelemään pääasiassa työmaalla Suomessa ja Pohjoismaissa.
Avoinna oleva tehtävä sijoittuu Industry-liiketoimintaan, jossa autamme asiakkaitamme heidän tuotantolaitostensa käyttövarmuuden parantamisessa ja kunnossapidon tehostamisessa.
Kehitämme digitaalisia ratkaisuja tuottavuuden parantamiseen, vastaamme asiakkaidemme tuotantolaitosten kokonaiskunnossapidosta ja käyttövarmuudesta sekä tuotamme resurssi- ja urakointipalveluita ja alihankintaketjun hallintapalveluita kotimaisten ja kansainvälisten teollisuushankkeiden tarpeisiin.
Työtehtävät ja vastuualueet:
* Vastaat teollisuuden putkisto- ja laiteasennusprojektien kokonaisvaltaisesta toteutuksesta
* Suunnittelet ja aikataulutat asennukset varmistaen resurssien tehokkaan hyödyntämisen
* Hallitset projektien resursoinnin suunnittelun sekä työntekijöiden ja aliurakoitsijoiden sijoittamisen oikeisiin tehtäviin
* Seuraat ja päivität projektin edistymistä S-käyrän avulla varmistaen aikataulujen ja tavoitteiden toteutumisen
* Vastaat projektin budjetin seurannasta ja säännöllisestä kuluraportoinnista
* Seuraat lisä- ja muutostöitä ja raportoit niiden vaikutuksista projektiin
* Osallistut tarjouslaskentaan ja varmistat, että projektin kustannukset pysyvät hallinnassa
Vaatimukset:
* Tehtävään soveltuva tekninen koulutus
* Vähintään 5 vuoden kokemus prosessiteollisuuden projekti- ja kunnossapitotöistä (PED-putkistojen sekä laite- ja teräsrakenteiden asennus)
* Aiempi kokemus projektinhallinnasta ja resurssien optimoinnista teollisuusprojekteissa
* Hyvät esihenkilötaidot ja kyky johtaa tiimejä tehokkaasti
* Kyky kommunikoida ja tehdä yhteistyötä eri sidosryhmien kanssa
* Ratkaisukeskeinen ajattelutapa ja kyky toimia nopeasti muuttuvissa tilanteissa
* Hyvät organisointi- ja priorisointitaidot, erityisesti kiireisten aikataulujen ja monien projektivaiheiden hallinnassa
* Vahvat ihmissuhdetaidot ja kyky luoda toimiva ja positiivinen työilmapiiri
* Valmius työskennellä työmaaympäristössä
