Under the direction of the Legal Department, the Quality Enrichment Program Director, Clinical is responsible for enhancing a culture of providing quality care and services to senior living residents, promoting regulatory compliance, and advancing compliance with policies and procedures.

It supports SE's global export control compliance program.
Responsibilities include reviewing and archiving export control documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and conducting export control checks under the guidance of the Export Control Operations Manager in the Greater China region and the EU.

Vous rejoignez le site Lattes (à proximité de Montpellier), centre de R&D et d'ingénierie majeur de Schneider Electric.
Depuis 1993, le site de Lattes au sein duquel travaillent plus de 400 personnes est spécialisé dans les systèmes de contrôle-commande numérique des postes électriques.
Vous intégrez le centre "Grands Projets" de notre département Digital Power, qui est responsable de la gestion des projets complexes pour nos clients Data Center (Microsoft, Amazon, Equinix...).
Nous concevons pour ces clients des solutions de gestion de l'énergie qui permettent d'avoir la vision et le contrôle en temps réel sur leur installation électrique (qualité et paramètres clefs du courant, disponibilité des solutions de secours...) à l'aide de produits connectés (relais de protection, centrales de mesure...), d'interfaces homme-machine et d'une solution logicielle.
Vous êtes rattaché à Frédéric, Directeur des opérations, et vous rejoignez une équipe de 12 personnes spécialisées dans l'exécution des projets pour nos clients du monde entier.
Votre rôle :
En lien avec nos centres de projets locaux, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion d'un portefeuille de projets critiques pour des clients stratégiques (Microsoft, Amazon, etc.) dans le domaine des data centers, au niveau mondial.
Vous interviendrez aussi en coaching de chefs de projets junior et pour améliorer les process de gestion de projets de l'organisation.
Vos missions :
* Piloter la relation d'exécution des projets avec des comptes clients stratégiques (reporting, animation de workshops d'amélioration continue, chiffrage en cours de projets, satisfaction client...)
* Améliorer et standardiser les livrables projets pour un même client dans le but de les réutiliser pour des projets futurs, à la fois en termes techniques (architecture technique, interface utilisateur...) et en termes d'organisation projet (budget, planning, livrables...)
* Encadrer et coacher les chefs de projets dans l'exécution de leurs projets (support, mentoring, gestion des escalades).
* Gérer directement certains projets complexes, à fort enjeux contractuels et techniques
* Participer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques projet (standardisation, qualité, performance) en suivant les règles Groupe
* Être moteur dans les initiatives de transformation de l'équipe (simplification des process, animation collective, innovation).
Votre profil :
* Bac+5, de formation ingénieur ou équivalent, idéalement en électrotechnique, automatisme ou énergie.
* Expérience confirmée (6 à 10 ans) en gestion de projets techniques, en direct avec des clients externes

You are joining the Lattes site (near Montpellier), a major R&D and engineering center of Schneider Electric.
Since 1993, the Lattes site, where more than 400 people work, has specialized in digital control systems for electrical substations.
You will join the "Major Projects" center within our Digital Power department, which is responsible for managing complex projects for our Data Center clients (Microsoft, Amazon, Equinix...).
We design energy management solutions for these clients that provide real-time visibility and control over their electrical installations (power quality and key parameters, backup system availability...) using connected products (protection relays, metering devices...), human-machine interfaces, and software solutions.
You will report to Frédéric, Operations Director, and join a team of 12 people specialized in project execution for our clients worldwide.

In collaboration with our local project centers, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of critical projects for strategic clients (Microsoft, Amazon, etc.) in the data center sector, on a global scale.
