This is a senior position responsible for leading China industrialization team (Xiamen) for Medium Voltage business in Global & China for China OCP projects (PMP, PEP, OTM, Transfer) for different MV Leagues (GIS, AIS, Component & bricks, Digital, etc.).
Define and implement supply chain/industrialization/manufacturing strategy (short term / long term).
Guide the team in innovative and professional process (standardization, procedure, process improvement).
Continuously driving industrialization team to achieve KPI from good to excellent (product cost, project Capex & Expense, TTM, Efficiency).
Directly leading the Offer Industrialization leader team in Xiamen to achieve solid project target.
Dotted line leading all the industrialization functions including quality, tooling, assembly, equipment and costing working for Xiamen projects from other industrialization department.
Put in place right organization, manage team competency/skill mapping.
Management department budget, HC, workload.

Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing moderate size and complex Data Centre projects for International Solution Centre C&SP from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.
