We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
This role designs and develops engaging e-learning and blended learning content, translates system and workflow updates into clear training materials, and supports user acceptance testing (UAT).
The specialist will collaborate with TA leaders and subject matter experts, apply adult learning principles, and deliver high-quality training solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop e-learning and blended learning content and ensure future accessibility of training materials.
- Monitor content for consistency, accuracy, clarity, ease-of-navigation and evolving best practices for user experience and interface.

- Proficiency with instructional design tools (Articulate 360 preferred).

- Provide case management services to an assigned case load of child support cases and apply knowledge of policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations to progress cases through the administrative and legal systems.

- Conduct research to locate non-custodial parents.
- Research and review records to gather information vital to cases.
- Educate customers on the process and their options and respond to customer inquiries.
- Verify existing data on an automated child support system.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must reside in or near Kansas City, KS or Wichita, KS and be available to work onsite full-time
