Nemours Children's Health is hiring a remote Professional Fee Abstractor.
The Professional Fee Abstractor is responsible for 100% charge capture by reviewing physician documentation and properly coding all professional services performed utilizing appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT-4, HCPCS codes and modifiers.
Daily review of EPIC Charge Review Work queues is essential.
Participation in physician training and education is also required.
Maintaining yearly certification as a CPC, CCS-P, RHIA, or RHIT is required.
This is a remote position.
Essential Functions:
1.Ensure that charges for all applicable patient encounters of the Nemours Children's Clinical Practice are abstracted in a timely manner.
Utilization of hospital systems will be used to indicate respective patients.
2.Abstracted charges will be reported via EPIC EHR, external interfaces or other approved methods
3.Communicate in a timely manner with physicians, managers, and peers orally or in writing, regarding medical record documentation guidelines and regulations, and respond to all inquiries that concern the proper documentation of diagnostic and procedural services.
4.Maintain thorough knowledge of coding, and documentation principles.
Also maintain knowledge of assigned medical specialties.
5.Attend in-services and seminars pertinent to assigned medical specialties and documentation requirements
6.Review and maintain current knowledge of changes in coding guidelines and regulations.

Primary Function:
This position is responsible for all casting procedures and application as well as adjustment and removal of soft goods.

Rooming patients into exam rooms, preparing room and patient for exam, and assisting provider with exam.
Ensuring accurate ICD-10 codes are recorded.
Under the direction of the provider, scheduling diagnostic tests, obtaining pre-authorization, and notifying patient.
Preparing, cleaning, and stocking exam rooms.
Providing cross coverage to other clinical departments and Delaware Valley satellite offices when necessary.
Serving as technical advisor to the hospital staff in matters pertaining to orthopedic devices and equipment.
Scheduling patient appointments.
Other duties as assigned.

Hermès International, Holding du groupe, recherche pour sa Direction des services financiers au département comptabilité un(e) : Réviseur comptable en CDI.
Au sein d'une équipe comptabilité de 10 personnes, le/la réviseur comptable sera rattaché(e) à la directrice comptable de la holding du groupe avec des missions transverses diversifiées.
Il/elle sera en charge de la comptabilité de plusieurs filiales du groupe (sociétés immobilières ou sous-holding) et participera à l'élaboration des comptes.
Il/elle sera le garant technique de la correcte application des règles comptables et fiscales en coordination avec l'ensemble de l'équipe.
Il/elle assurera également des missions sur la holding du groupe Hermès en binôme avec d'autres membres de l'équipe comptable.
Le/la réviseur comptable veillera au respect des procédures et contribuera au développement du service (évolutions sous SAP, amélioration des process...).
Il/elle aura une vision générale des sujets traités au sein du service pour permettre un bon accompagnement de l'ensemble de l'équipe et apporter son soutien si nécessaire.
Principales activités :
Pour plusieurs filiales du groupe de nature immobilière ou sous-holding :
Comptabilité fournisseurs
* Maîtrise des processus de dématérialisation des factures et des flux de validation dans le respect des délais de paiement,
* Analyse régulière des comptes et apurement de la balance âgée,
* Gestion de la relation avec les fournisseurs internes et externes (circularisations, relances...),
* Traitement des opérations de clôtures comptables (suivi et analyse des provisions liées aux comptes fournisseurs, écarts de change, justification des comptes, remontée des informations en consolidation...).
Comptabilité clients
* Suivi des demandes de refacturation validées par le contrôle de gestion en fonction des charges comptabilisées,
* Etablissement des factures aux filiales dans SAP et analyse du bon fonctionnement des interfaces comptables,
* Analyse des comptes clients, revue de la balance âgée et interlocuteur des filiales pour les questions d'encaissements.
Comptabilité générale
Les missions s'étendent de la comptabilisation des écritures de clôture à la préparation des états financiers.
En plus de la comptabilité fournisseurs et de la comptabilité clients, le poste intègre plusieurs responsabilités :
* Gestion des immobilisations (saisie comptable, création des fiches, sorties des immobilisations) et comptabilisation des amortissements,
* Préparation des tableaux de variation des immobilisations,

The NICU Registered Nurse (RN) will be assigned direct patient care (critical, intensive, intermediate, and continuing care) and will be responsible for the following:
