Responsibilities:
Operate and set up computerized numerical control machines:

* Utilize measuring tools to inspect parts.
* Ability to accurately interpret blueprints and/or work in-process documents.
* The marginal duties and responsibilities (performed occasionally or at irregular intervals) for this position are:
+ Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when required.
+ R&D of new programming.
+ Perform manual machining operations.
+ Performing other tasks in the facility, as needed.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
* Oversee and troubleshoot all operational, utility and maintenance related issues as it relates to the preventative, routine and emergency maintenance of buildings and production equipment
* Perform a variety of skilled maintenance work to maintain structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, and refrigeration, etc.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:
* Must have a 2nd Class B Boilers License or ability to obtain boilers license within 90 days of hire.
* 2 – 3 years previous maintenance experience preferred or equivalent skills in a food processing plant.

* Knowledge of PLC's and ammonia a plus.

Job Duties
* Manufacture new tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds based on blueprints or CAD designs.
* Repair and maintain existing tooling to ensure optimal performance and minimal production downtime.
* Operate a variety of manual and CNC machines including lathes, mills, surface grinders, and EDM machines.
* Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions.
* Interpret complex technical drawings, CAD files, and work instructions.
* Support production teams by providing timely and effective tooling solutions.
* Comply with all quality systems and procedures.
