Job Description:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine activities including, but not limited to preparing job sites, ensuring safety conditions, transporting materials, using power tools and other equipment, building temporary structures, and collaborating with other plant workers.
Key Responsibilities
* Assists machine operators and area leads with basic production tasks, including threading support in Wet End or Dry End, cleanup, and material prep.
* Performs manual handling of raw materials and finished goods, such as stacking, wrapping, labeling, and staging.
* Monitors and maintains cleanliness of assigned work areas, ensuring safe and orderly conditions on the production floor.
* Participates in training programs to build knowledge of mill processes, safety procedures, and equipment functions.
* Supports process flow by preparing supplies, checking for defects, or removing waste and scrap materials.
* Follows all safety, environmental, and quality procedures, including the proper use of PPE and adherence to lockout/tagout protocols.
* Communicates effectively with teammates and supervisors, reporting concerns, progress, and equipment issues as needed.
* Completes basic documentation or checklists related to housekeeping, material counts, or shift handoff activities.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Rotating Shift Schedule
* 1st Shift: Work 7 days from 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, followed by 4 days off.
* 2nd Shift: Work 7 days from 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, followed by 1 day off.
* 3rd Shift: Work 7 days from 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM, followed by 2 days off.
* This cycle then repeats.
Required to work 12 hours shifts when needed to fill in for call ins and vacations.
Pay Rate
* Starting $23.26 per hour, after successful completion of 90 days pay rate is $26.71 per hour.

* Assurer un bon état de propreté des chambres ou suites affectées par la hiérarchie
* Effectuer le nettoyage des chambres selon les procédures en vigueur
* Signaler toutes discrepancies (différence entre chambre occupée et chambre libre, différence entre l’état physique et théorique)
* Etre responsable de l’entretien et de la bonne disposition des objets d’agrément présents dans les chambres (objets de décoration, vases, papier à lettre, etc.)
* Veiller constamment à une communication courtoise et claire envers les clients avec lesquels il est en contact et avec l’ensemble de ses collègues de travail
Ce dont nous avons besoin de votre part
De présentation soignée, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative (1 à 2 ans) sur un poste équivalent, acquise dans un établissement de même catégorie (4 ou 5 étoiles / +250 chambres).
Vous parlez couramment français ou anglais.
La maîtrise d’une 3ème langue étrangère d’un de nos marchés cibles (Allemagne, Chine, Inde, Italie, Moyen-Orient, Pays-Bas, Russie) est fortement souhaitée.
Doté(e) d’un excellent sens de l’organisation et d’un sens du détail poussé, vous faites preuve d’adaptabilité, de rigueur et de flexibilité.
Vous devrez nous apporter votre passion, votre dynamisme et nous faire partager votre envie de progresser.

About the Role
As a Shift Engineer, you will ensure the seamless operation of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life-safety systems throughout the hotel.

You will work with a wide range of plant and building systems, respond to operational issues in real time, and support the delivery of a consistently exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Operating, monitoring, diagnosing, and repairing core building infrastructure systems including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRF, boilers, pumps, MCC panels, and wider central plant
* Adjusting and optimising BMS controls to maintain comfort conditions and energy efficiency
* Carrying out L8 water hygiene tasks in line with compliance and planned schedules
* Delivering both planned preventive maintenance and fast, effective response to engineering requests
* Supporting statutory inspections and maintaining accurate engineering records
* Performing first-line diagnostics, isolations, and safety-critical interventions
* Maintaining plant rooms and technical areas to high safety and housekeeping standards
