Our Civil/Structural Engineer will lead structural assessments and design repairs and upgrades for plant buildings, foundations, conveyors, and support structures, and will manage civil infrastructure such as pavements, drainage, and water systems.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in structural engineering design and construction that enhances safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, and overall plant efficiency.

Your Role: Production Operator
The Production Operator is responsible for preparing, executing, and cleaning/turnover of production processes in poultry vaccine production.
All tasks are performed in accordance with internal and external guidelines.
Your Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive egg handling, including receipt, traying, disinfection, transfer, candling, incubation, inoculation, harvest, and inactivation processes.
* Execute various product manufacturing operations such as centrifugation, concentration, product emulsification, liquid filling, and lyophilization.
* Conduct thorough process and equipment preparation, including cleaning, disinfection, washing, wrapping, and sterilizing of glassware and equipment.
* Manage facility hygiene and sterilization by loading/unloading autoclaves and disinfecting room surfaces and equipment.
* Ensure appropriate material availability (chemicals, consumables) and utilize electronic systems (e.g., SAP) for material staging.

Your Role: Technical Services Manufacturing Scientist
The Technical Services & Manufacturing Science (TS/MS) Scientist is responsible for providing Primary and/or Secondary loop technical support for commercial downstream operations at the Elwood, Kansas monoclonal antibody (mAb) manufacturing facility.

This includes troubleshooting, participate in product and process related technical investigations and root-cause analyses of process deviations, complaints, and OOS/OOE events.
* Act as the Process Teams product and process subject matter expert for purification processes which may include chromatography, tangential flow filtration, and centrifugation.
