In this role, you will:
* Ensure that all government returns such as VAT, Intrastat, EC Sales Lists, other related reports etc.
are duly prepared.
* Provide advice on VAT to other finance and non-finance departments.
* Support of indirect tax audits and cooperating with external tax advisors and Financial Controllers.
* Facilitate process changes (CFI, new reporting schedules, new tools).
* Cooperate with Genpact team in reconciliation and other indirect tax reporting.
* Ensure strong working relationship with financial controllers, business analysts, internal control, tax department to ensure reporting integrity.
* Support overall business plans by providing expertise for the local/regional business.
