Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicate with the operator you are relieving to gain knowledge of the present state of the equipment and production run.
* Must be able to work well with others.
* Liquify and or handle bulk cheese or other items; this is to include un-wrapping and processing of material.
* Certified forklift driver
* Assist in all aspects of the MSD, Warehouse, and Foremost packaging operations as time allows.
This includes relieving employees for breaks when performing rehydration role.

Co u nás budeš dělat
* Analyzovat výrobní data a výsledky linek, vyhodnocovat dopad změn a navrhovat konkrétní opatření ke zvyšování efektivity, stability a kvality.
* Aktivně zlepšovat výrobní procesy – od nápadu přes datovou analýzu až po realizaci a vyhodnocení přínosu.
* Spolupracovat s vývojovým oddělením na zavádění nových materiálů, technologií a zákaznických projektů.
* Být partnerem výroby – komunikovat s operátory, hledat praktická řešení a podporovat dodržování standardů.
* Plánovat a organizovat zkoušky a testy, podílet se na jejich vyhodnocení a zavádění do sériové výroby.
* Spolupracovat s dodavateli materiálů, podílet se na jejich kvalifikaci a technické dokumentaci.
* Mít technický dohled nad výrobními linkami na netkané textilie, převíjecími zařízeními, potiskem a recyklačními linkami.
* Podílet se na digitalizaci a zefektivnění rutinních činností.

O vás
Hledáme lidi, kteří se chtějí učit, růst a zanechat po sobě viditelný kus práce.
* Máš alespoň 2 roky zkušeností z výroby netkaných textilií nebo příbuzného výrobního prostředí.
* Přemýšlíš analyticky, pracuješ s daty a baví tě hledat příčiny i řešení.
* Máš zkušenosti se zlepšováním procesů (Lean, CI, data-driven přístup výhodou).
* Orientuješ se v SAPu a Power BI (nebo máš chuť se v nich rychle zlepšit).

As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you’ll provide mechanical engineering support to the Enterprise Capital Engineering, Mill Sustaining team.
This role supports capital projects through the development, layout, design, installation, and start-up of equipment and ancillary systems to meet capacity, capability, innovation, safety, and obsolescence needs for the NA Tissue Value Stream.
Additionally, you’ll collaborate across the Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, Tissue mill sites, key OEM equipment suppliers, technical service providers, and construction contractor networks.
You’ll report to the Engineering Manager, Mill Sustaining Capital, within the Enterprise Capital Engineering Team.
In this role, you will:
* Drive the development and execution of capital projects using the Kimberly-Clark North America (KCNA) Project Management Practices (PMP) process as projects are assigned
* Provide leadership by example in safety, ethics, quality, regulatory, and sustainability, and ensure that all elements of the corporate Human Resources Development and Diversity policy are fully supported
* Coach and mentor team members to increase technical understanding and ability to execute programs to improve Tissue value stream business results
* Effectively collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes R&D, Supply Chain, mill operations, procurement, equipment suppliers and external service providers
* Maintain technical and scientific expertise in technology and communicate impact of developments on Kimberly-Clark.
This may include serving as a User Group lead in a specific area of technology or skill to drive learning as well as strategy for future projects/initiatives
* Drive a culture of protected and documented innovation to protect and defend Kimberly-Clark proprietary technology, products, and business processes through appropriate use of patents and trade secrets.
This includes completing required project documentation through EFS, EDR, and Appropriation activities and following PMP documentation including Corporate Financial Instructions (CFIs)
