Amsted Automotive Group - Piston Pin Facility is looking for a full-time Twin Grip Operator to perform duties to set-up and operate twin-grip or grinding equipment.
This is a full-time position on our 2nd shift.
Work is performed in a typical manufacturing environment with exposure to several elements continuously present including heat, dirt, grease, oils, fluids and noise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Perform duties to successfully operate centerless grinders.
* Set-up and operate twin-grip, lap grinder and miscellaneous grinding equipment.
* Gain working knowledge of non-primary machine.
* Use SPC charts and interpret results.
* Properly gauge and monitor production to specific tolerances and quality.
* Use twin grip or lap grinder, online and electronic gauging, material handling equipment and hand tools.
* Perform necessary recordkeeping and paperwork.
* Help train and assist operators as required.
* Perform necessary preventative maintenance on machines as required.
* Participate in team problem solving as part of the departmental continuous improvement process.
* Use various testing devices and chemicals according to appropriate guidelines and procedures.
* Perform material moving activities using equipment, including forklifts, according to appropriate guidelines and procedures.
* Follow all safety rules and keep work area clean and in an orderly condition.
* Wear all personal protective equipment as required by the safety policy.

Position Title: Big Lift Driver
Reports to: Planer Supervisor
Department: Roseburg Studmill/Planer
Hours per shift: 11-hour shifts, with three 10-minute breaks, and a 30 minute lunch.
Shift changes and overtime is required.
Wage: Level 4
Position Purpose: To maintain a safe and efficient flow of lumber going into the planer on the infeed.
Remove and stack re-dry units out in yard or on a designated kiln.
Handle lumber with minimal amount of product damage.
Clean up the immediate and surrounding areas when caught up.
Never leave your area without picking up carts, boards, stickers off the ground.

Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Dich | Die Position
* Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Organisation, Koordination und lückenlose Dokumentation bei der Bearbeitung von GMP-Abweichungen (Deviations) sowie Änderungsverfahren (Change Control) im Produktionsumfeld.
* Du unterstützt die Abteilungsleitung Monitoring aktiv bei der fachlichen Steuerung und Koordination des operativen Monitoringteams.
* Du gestaltest die crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Schnittstellen Facility & Engineering (F&E), der Qualitätskontrolle (QC) und der Sterilproduktion aktiv mit, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen.
* Du treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Prozessoptimierung Deines Verantwortungsbereiches unter konsequenter Anwendung von Lean-Management-Prinzipien und Methoden der Radikalen Vereinfachung (Radical Simplification) voran.
* Du verantwortest die Einführung neuer Technologien sowie innovativer Prozesse für die Monitoring-Aktivitäten innerhalb der Reinraumklassen.
* Du begleitest regulatorische Audits sowie Behördeninspektionen als fachlicher Ansprechpartner für das Reinraummonitoring.
Wer bist Du | Qualifikationen | Das bringst du mit
* Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium mit Schwerpunkt im pharmazeutischen Bereich, der Verfahrenstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
Alternativ verfügst Du über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Meister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d) mit einschlägiger Qualifikation und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.
* Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige fundierte Praxiserfahrung im direkten Umfeld der Sterilproduktion sowie tiefgehende Fachkenntnisse in der pharmazeutischen Produktion.
