Su trabajo
Bajo supervisión indirecta realiza mantenimiento y reparaciones a equipos electromecánicos de producción y de uso general, además da soporte a los diferentes proyectos de mejora en el área.
Responsabilidad y expectativas del puesto:
* Inspeccionar diariamente los equipos de producción asignados a su cargo para localizar algún desperfecto y repararlo a la brevedad posible.
* Atender los llamados de los diferentes departamentos para la reparación del desperfecto (falla) reportados, siguiendo los métodos de trabajo y aplicando las medidas de seguridad requeridas.
(Candadeo y etiquetado).
* Atender las juntas de inicio de producción diariamente según aplique.
Al igual que las del departamento.
* Otorgar soporte técnico a los departamentos de ingeniería de procesos, Aseguranza de calidad y EHS, en la implementación y desarrollo de mejoras en los procesos de producción, así como en la instalación de maquinaria y/o equipo nuevo.
* Otorgar soporte técnico en corridas de validación a los departamentos de ingeniería de procesos y calidad.
* Soporte técnico en el cambio de los diferentes componentes para su debida calibración.
* Actúa en las disposiciones administrativas de la compañía en seguridad, calidad y producción.
* Verificar al inicio de su semana laboral la programación de órdenes de mantenimiento preventivo, ejecutarlas y confirmarlas diariamente.
* Comunicar a los compañeros de los demás turnos las diferentes situaciones presentadas durante la jornada laboral.
* Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de las normas y regulaciones de calidad (ISO-13485, FDA/GMP), de acuerdo a políticas y procedimientos ya establecidos.
* Cumplir con los comportamientos de Kimberly Clark.

* Participates in installing all instrumentation and electrical components safely.
* Troubleshoots problems with control systems and complex equipment, gas turbines, generators, and gas chromatography.
* Runs conduit, pulls wire, changes motors and maintains lighting systems and basic motor controls.
* May maintain, modify and troubleshoot Distributive Control Systems (DCS) and/or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to maximize use of control technology and minimize installation and operating costs.
* Maintains advanced monitoring devices (gas, flame, or fire detectors, vibration and temperature monitors).
* Is able to read P&ID and electrical diagrams and other complex electrical drawings; interprets plant electrical diagrams. Updates electrical drawings.
* Installs, troubleshoots and maintains end devices, alarms, shutdown systems, process controls, substation and branch feeders, variable frequency drives, air/fuel controllers, panel boards, etc.
* Performs preventative and general maintenance on electronic and pneumatic equipment and parts associated with this equipment.
* Provides training and technical support as required.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or G.E.D.
equivalent is required.
* Graduation from a technical trade school and/or completion of an apprenticeship, certification or associate degree program in instrumentation or related studies is preferred.
* Journeyman electrical designation is desired.
* 5 or more years of electrical and instrumentation experience is required. Preferably in an energy-related industry.
* Must have a thorough knowledge of electrical codes and be familiar with AC voltage (120-480) three-phase and single phase plus 24 VDC.
* Must possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record.
* Must be able to assume responsibility, prioritize and respond to multiple tasks under potentially stressful and/or hazardous conditions.
* Possess a strong commitment to personal and job safety.
* Must demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity in the use of tools and equipment.

JOB SUMMARY
The Packaging Mechanic I, II, or III is a key member of the packaging team, and is responsible for repairs, maintenance of equipment in the Packaging Department, and ensuing that all department equipment functions properly to meet production requirements.
The Mechanic also maintains equipment to meet SOP and cGMP specifications, troubleshoots, and diagnoses equipment failure able to source problems and repair equipment.
This Mechanic should be proficient in dismantling and reassembling equipment and using appropriate tools to perform repairs.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES
* Works in a team environment with management to ensure departmental goals are prioritized and met.
* Gives direction and support to the other mechanics when needed.
* Ensures that machines are properly maintained and PM’s are performed and documented monthly.
* Serves as primary troubleshooter for all equipment in the department.
Contacts equipment vendors when mechanical problems arise.
* Performs required analysis of all electrical, electronic and mechanical components in the event of equipment failure.
* Establish and perform preventive maintenance on all equipment to ensure proper operation and minimal downtime.
* Performs set-ups and changeovers of all machines in accordance with schedule demands.

ohnson & Johnson (J&J) is recruiting a QA Associate for the CAR-T hub in Europe.
The position will be based in Ghent Belgium.
CAR-T (chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy) is an innovative approach to eliminate cancer cells, which work by harnessing the power of a patient’s own immune system.
They are created from the patients’ own T cells and are engineered to eliminate cancer cells expressing a specific antigen.
To support the CAR-T program in EMEA, J&J has build two CAR-T manufacturing centers in the Ghent area (Belgium). The QC laboratories are operating from the existing J&J Beerse site. CAR-T investigational medicinal and commercial CAR-T products are manufactured in the Ghent facilities.
In this role, you are reporting in the J&J QA CAR-T organization and work closely with your peers from Material Science and Technology, Operations and Quality Control.
The QA Associate, CAR-T Europe is responsible that product and process related investigations, complaints, batch review and release activities are properly handled on time and in line with all ATMP/GMP requirements.
Major Responsibilities:
Investigation Support: Provide technical, quality, and compliance expertise to support in-depth investigations related to deviations, complaints, and other quality issues to ensure timely resolution.
Deviations and Complaints Management: Ensure that deviations and complaints are promptly and thoroughly investigated, with particular attention to those that may affect patient safety or product supply.
Escalate issues that could have significant impacts on quality.
CAPA Management: Ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) are identified and implemented in response to investigations, especially those with potential impacts on product quality and patient safety.
Inspection and Audit Support: Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external inspections and audits to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
