Position Summary:
The Transportation Associate provides transportation services to the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center PACE centers, serving the frail elderly, and providing courier services between NeighborHealth locations and PACE sites.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Offers emotional and physical support to frail elderly patients and families.
* Transports participants to/from inside their homes to/from the assigned PACE Center or appointment (via stair chair carry, wheelchair or walking assistance).
* Properly secures participants, equipment and other items in the van prior to operating the vehicle.
* Operates vehicle(s) in a manner that meets the NeighborHealth transportation requirements.
* Maintains vehicles and adjunct equipment in a manner that meets the NeighborHealth transportation requirements.
* Operates, uses and understands adjunct equipment used in the performance of the job.
* Follows proper procedures for loading and unloading participants on the vehicle using the lift or stairs.

We are currently hiring throughout the North Royalton and Medina, OH area.
These are daytime, full-time positions, and some overtime may be required.
Training will be provided.
No industry experience is necessary.
Vacuum Excavation team members are responsible for traveling to an assigned work site to perform vacuum excavation.
There are several different names for this type of work, including: hydro-excavation, potholing, keyholing and air-vac.
Vacuum excavation involves soil extraction through vacuum when using pressurized water or air for breaking ground.
This position requires you to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and use a company provided laptop to document the project. You will perform various vacuum excavation activities near utilities, including: core drilling, shoveling, back filling and construction labor.

* Demonstrated skills in supervision and mentoring.
* Strong leadership drive within the company and the professional community.
* Excellent engineering judgment with a commitment to quality and financial excellence.
* Strong proposal writing and presentation skills preferred, but not required.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $120,000-$190,000. This will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.
This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus based upon corporate and individual performance
