Summary:
Responsible for jobsite supervision of his/her work crew(s) on a daily basis to complete the scheduled work in a timely and safe manner. * A foreman will be able to:
+ Organize and manage multiple 3-5 person crews, be responsible for crew safety, ensure safety and DOT requirements are met and complete daily paperwork.
+ Read and understand, measure, mark, and record areas where work are to be performed and have been completed
+ Assist crew/company in all areas of storm water regulatory compliance management to the best of your abilities
+ Help coordinate the performance of crews
+ Operate and maintain various sizes of farm and construction equipment (skid steers & tractors with attachments, power tools, hand tools)
Primary Requirements:
+ Minimum five years’ experience working in construction, or the utility distribution industry preferred.

+ 1 + years’ experience directly supervising employees is preferred.
+ Understand the fundamentals and dangers of within the industry

Primary duties involve assembly of parts and products. Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled and follow blueprints. Must possess a good knowledge of products and be able to assemble them with minimal supervision. Ability to use measuring devices to do quality checks on parts. Ability to do repair work. Understand the work order system (routers) and how to complete them on MAPICS and perform the assigned work. Ability to understand and follow the quality system and locate the documentation in the computer. Knowledge of the RMA system and ability to access it on the computer.

* Visually inspect assembly and assembled parts.
* Use drawings, tools, and other equipment to meet specification.
* Ability to handle large and small parts.
* Effectively build and install a wide range of miscellaneous mechanical assemblies, mechanical components, and/or sub-assemblies.
* With minimal supervision, follow assembly drawings, blueprints and supportive documentation.
* Ability to use various tools and equipment.
* Process machines safely and with little direction.
* Must be able to accurately use measuring instruments.
* Knowledge and ability to interpret basic geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
* With minimal support, troubleshoot mechanical problems during start-up.
* Continuously work to improve process and procedures.
Job Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Minimum of 2 years' previous assembly, manufacturing, or maintenance experience.
* Must be computer literate.
* Experience in fast-paced work environment.
* Ability to work under limited supervision.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Manual dexterity and motor coordination.
* Ability to work with small tools.
* Knowledge of workplace safety.
* Must be able to read and speak English fluently to understand work instructions.
