Primary Functions:
FULL Time- Mon-Friday $20/hr
• Empty collected material from containers; cut open bags, dump payloads, empty roll-arounds.
• Sort material by grade; separate and discard rubbish.
• Inspect and perform scheduled Shred Plant equipment maintenance
• Clean facility and containers.
• Maintain strict security of material and trucks.
• Ensure safe machine operations.
• Perform auditing per schedule or as requested.
• Observe safety procedures, including containers/lids replaced and repaired, floors free of
debris, and report any safety issues to direct supervisor..
• Utilize handheld bar code scanner and related PC as required with inventory systems.
• Utilize mobile equipment in a safe and practical manner following company policies and
standards.
• Handle all physical requirements for loading, unloading, transporting & driving without
assistance.
• Interact professionally with all clients.
• Communicate regularly with your direct supervisor to notify him or her of any potential

Job Summary
Bray International, Inc., a leader in industrial flow control solutions, is seeking a Hydraulic System Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing hydraulic control systems for actuators, working with production teams to resolve manufacturing and supply chain challenges, and providing technical support to our sales department.
You will collaborate closely with project managers and other engineers to ensure hydraulic systems are efficiently designed, integrated, manufactured, installed, and maintained.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hydraulic components (such as solenoids, control valves, and accumulators) and experience interfacing these systems with PLCs and controllers.
Primary Responsibilities
* Design Hydraulic Systems: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create hydraulic actuator control systems.
* Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure proper integration of hydraulic systems, including valves and other components.
* System Simulation & Analysis: Conduct hydraulic system simulations, analyze data, and ensure systems meet performance specifications and industry standards.

Incumbent has supervisory responsibilities over the rig crew to ensure and coordinate reverse packages for our customers, including supervising the rig crews when rigging up foam air unit, power swivels and pumps for the project.

* Reviews and confirms vendor information and invoice detail with respective purchase orders, contracts, or other agreements; and posts verified AP batches

* Understand and interpret contract terms on design build contracts including contracts that require capital or comprehensive maintenance
* Assume overall responsibility for startup activities on the project; work with the Construction Manager on matters such as site security, temporary power, utility connections, placement of office trailers, locations for stored materials, etc.
* Maintain profit/loss accountability for individual projects to include job cost controls and take proactive measures to meet or beat budgeted costs
