Primary Function
The Senior Civil Engineer will play a technical lead role for a variety of public work infrastructure projects.
The engineering tasks include design work, research, and preparation of drawings and designs for site layout, horizontal utility projects (water, wastewater, stormwater), site grading, and drainage, including permitting and planning to serve our local municipal clients.
Strong understanding of the environmental and land development regulatory framework and experience interacting with regulators and construction administration of public and private land development projects.
Primary Duties
* Design and review plans for municipal infrastructure projects including streets, sewer and water systems, storm drainage, and public facilities
* Perform civil engineering calculations, cost estimates, technical reports, and construction documents

Job Description:
Formulates the high-level implementation and milestones tracking of the departmental strategic planning goals and objectives, collaborating with relevant business and functional leaders to oversee global stakeholder communications and bridge the strategy to successful business execution.
Evaluates cross-functional resources and engages key stakeholders to progress global and regional strategic planning projects and key end goals and deliverables.
Facilitates collaborations with commerical departments to drive comprehensive strategic solutions that meet customer’s specific needs and requirements.
Drives progression and analysis of key performance measures, goals, and objectives along with project plans for team member action items and milestones.
Ensures all departmental procedures and protocols are in full compliance with state and federal regulatory, safety, and quality assurance requirements.
Coordinates frequent staff meetings to review current status of ongoing projects, as well as remaining deliverables to ensure all milestones will be successfully met to customer’s requirements.
Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes, and provides functional (matrix) supervision.

Job Summary:
This position is one of a crew of a well service rig responsible for performing services on oil and gas wells.
Duties include assisting in rigging up and rigging down, pulling/laying down rods, tubing, casing and other functions specified by customer or well operator.
Incumbent follows trainee matrix assignments during training period.
This position has a dotted line reporting line to: Rig Supervisor or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
* Lifts, operates, rigs up/down guy wires, hydraulic jacks, pads/boards and emergency gear which may include SCBA boxes, fire extinguishers and H2S monitors.
* Lifts, removes, installs and operates well head pump, jacks and other designated by the rig operator or company official.
* Works on elevated platform handling rods, tubing and other equipment related with well servicing.
* Lifts, attaches, installs and works with matting boards, tubing, rods, casing and associated well equipment, such as rod strippers, polish rods, etc.
* Operates tongs, elevators and other associated rig tools and equipment.
* Receives on the job and other training to gain skills and competencies.
Expected to fulfill successful completion of training.
* Learns company policies and procedures.
Reports safety hazards, accidents or maintenance issues to the rig supervisor.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:
This position is a crew member assigned to work on a well service rig, responsible for performing services on oil and gas wells.
Duties include performing all well-servicing tasks from an elevated position (rod basket or tubing board), assisting in rigging up or down, picking up or laying down tubing, and other functions specified by the customer or well operator.
This position has a dotted line reporting line to: Rig Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
* Assists the operator in rigging up and down, lining up the well service rig with the well.
* Sets hydraulic jacks, handles pads/boards and assists in attaching the guy wires to the anchor.
* Responsible for all elevated work associated with rigging up/down (i.e.
removing horse head from pumping unit).
* Responsible for all work performed for the rod basket and tubing board (transferring rods and tubing from the vertical racks to the elevator), performs servicing on the well.
* Drives the crew truck as needed.
* Operates tubing elevators for standing tubing in derrick.
* Assists in picking up or laying down tubing, manually lifting the tubing from the rack onto the work floor or vice versa.
* Assists in walking the rods when laying down rods.
* Reports any safety hazards, accidents or maintenance issues to the rig supervisor.
* Ensures that work carried out is in compliance with company policies and procedures and according to safety regulations.
* May be required to work floors or operate the rig when needed.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of Workover - Derrickhand experience required.
* Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written.
* Ability to interact with others in a team environment.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
* Basic problem solving and organizational skills.
* Excellent customer service skills, to provide world class value to customers
* CDL B license is required to drive rig.
Must meet all qualifications defined in the Motor Vehicle Policy if required to drive.
* Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is preferred.
