Job Summary:
The Plant Team – Pipe position supports daily concrete pipe and precast manufacturing operations by preparing, assembling, and maintaining molds, forms, reinforcement, and materials used in production.

RMC Quality Control Technician - What Will You Do?
* Sample and test correctly raw materials (aggregates, concrete, etc.) for compliance with specifications ranging from American Concrete Institute (ACI), commercial, residential, NYSDOT and other municipal codes and standards.
* Conduct concrete tests including slump, air content, temperature, and unit weight.
* Conduct aggregate tests including free moistures, cleanness, and gradations
* Maintain detailed records of test results and production data.
